Amy is a Physician Assistant and Reiki Master functioning with one foot in the western medicine world and one foot in the mind/body/soul world. For this reason she acts as a bridge between alternative-ancient and western medicine. Her specialty is affairs of the heart. Amy has a strong belief in the mind-body connection and links that with disease she sees in her clinic and hospital work. She is trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Integrative Medicine. She has also worked with Shaman to enhance her abilities of showing others healing.
Amy runs a Lifestyle Medicine clinic for cardiac patients to guide them in using food as medicine, stress reduction and mindfulness techniques. She is passionate about food! Amy also is ever expanding her knowledge of healing with stones, essential oils, and herbs.

Denise Pasquinelli is a Functional Nutrition Educator, Holistic Health Coach, Healthy Cooking Instructor, Plant-Based Chef, astrology student, and Ayurveda enthusiast. Denise believes whole-heartedly that food makes a profound impact to who we are, and that the ceremony of eating together is a healing act.
Denise’s Health + Wellness practice is called S E E D and it is where she teaches, cooks, and offers personal and group support with improving digestion, shedding stubborn weight, supporting hormonal health and fertility, reducing pain and inflammation, and overcoming fatigue — all through food and lifestyle adjustments. Denise takes a whole systems approach to healing by connecting the health of the body, the mind, and the spirit with the food we eat, our relationships, our environment, our work, and the emotions we express.
From an early age Denise was fascinated by the role emotional health has on the health of the physical body. The dynamic relationship between thoughts, feelings, and the manifestation (or eradication!) of disease, is illustrated via the chakra system in a beautiful way. Working with the chakras has had a profound impact on Denise's personal health, as well as the health of her clients. Viewing the food we eat through the lens of the chakras creates an energetic, sensual, colorful shift to perception!
